Hello, I'm Roger Hailey also known as Coach Hailey.
I specialize in the areas of sports and construction. I'm here to implement and provide structure and foundational knowledge through hands on experiences in sports and construction.
Started personal fencing business and have built fences for various families around the Charlotte and surrounding areas.
I played all three sports (baseball, basketball and football) and was drafted by Atlanta Braves during senior year of high school. After finishing my playing career, I turned my focus to coaching for middle, high school and collegiate level players.
